Ben Bolt has dedicated the last decade to leadership and management roles within executive and governance capacities. His leadership career began in the recruitment function at Virgin Australia, where he honed his skills and discovered a passion for contributing to organisations that provide essential social services on a large scale. Ben has successfully built and revitalised talent and diversity functions in values-driven organisations that promote social cohesion, such as SBS and Relationships Australia (QLD).

In 2023, Ben joined the Board of Multicultural Australia as a Non-Executive Director where he also serves as the Chair of the People and Culture sub-committee. As a proud Bundjalung man, Ben brings a valuable First Nations perspective to his roles, emphasising equity, human rights, social justice, and the importance of healthy and respectful relationships.

Ben’s dedication to helping those who help others is evident in his work. He is passionate about fostering environments where diversity and inclusion are not just encouraged but are integral to the organisation’s fabric.
